Unworn, unaltered items with original tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Defective or Faulty Products
If you receive a defective or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide:

Once verified, we will guide you through the return process. In such cases, Mashra may provide a replacement, store credit, or a refund (in rare cases and at the brand’s discretion).
Return & Exchange Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective items.

Securely repack the item and ship it to our provided return address.

Once received, items will undergo a quality check. Approved exchanges/refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued as store credit unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team with your order number. After this window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed if the order is already processed or shipped. Approved cancellations are refunded as store credit, valid for 30 days.
Brand Discretion
Mashra reserves the right to approve or deny any return, exchange, or refund request after investigation. The final decision rests with the brand.
